TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ping ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Ping is operated by its developer ("we", "us", "our").

2. What Ping Is

Ping is a platform where users can answer questions and earn USDC cryptocurrency. The service is provided via an MCP server that integrates with Claude Code.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have a valid GitHub account
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency is prohibited
• You are responsible for compliance with your local laws

4. Account & Wallet

• You log in via GitHub OAuth - we don't store your GitHub password
• A non-custodial wallet is created for you automatically via Privy
• You are responsible for your account security
• We are not responsible for lost earnings due to compromised GitHub accounts

5. Earning & Payments

• Rewards: Each question displays its reward upfront
• Quality Review: Answers are reviewed by AI before payment is approved
• Rejection: Low-quality, spam, or off-topic answers may be rejected without payment
• Payment: Approved earnings are claimable anytime in USDC on Base
• Taxes: You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit spam, low-effort, or irrelevant answers
• Use bots or automation to answer questions
• Create multiple accounts to game the system
• Submit offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to exploit or hack the service
• Abuse the AI review system

Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of pending earnings.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original answer content
• By submitting an answer, you grant us a license to use, display, and share it with question creators
• Question creators may use your answers for their stated purpose

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the service
• That questions will always be available
• Specific earning amounts
• The value or stability of USDC or cryptocurrency markets

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of earnings, data, or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you earned on the platform in the past 30 days.

10. Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Blockchain transactions are public
• We are not responsible for network fees or failed transactions
• Regulatory changes could affect the service

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, you may still claim any approved pending earnings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via our GitHub repository.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
